MJRU 2026 Representative Squads

Manly Junior Rugby Union are asking for players wishing to be considered for the 2026 MJRU State Championship representative teams ages U10 - Open to register their intention to be considered for selection. Complete the application form below.

Your village club coach will be able to answer most questions you may have in regards to trialing. 

Note to all coaches: MJRU policy is that ALL players eligible for selection shall be allowed to make themselves available and trial for selection. However, we would encourage all coaches to guide their players in their applications. Selection of teams is done with a minimum amount of time due to time restrictions of preparation. If a club has two or more teams in an age group then only players in the highest graded team should be encouraged to trial. This is particularly important in the younger age groups and assistance would be beneficial to all involved. 

We would like applications to be returned on or before mid-March to allow rep selectors and coaches a chance to start organising trials and notify those boys wishing to trial.

U12-Open Age Groups

• 19th April First MJRU Trial 1

• 3rd May Second MJRU Trial 2

  U10 & U11 Age Groups

• 17th May 1st U10 & U11 Trial 1

• 24th May 2nd U10 & U11 Trial 2
